  Daisy - Senior Smile Song
Daisy Size:
I've got something in my pocket
I like to put it on my face
I keep it very close to me
In a very special place
I know that you can guess it
It won't take a long, long while
I always take it out and put it on
It's a smile Daisy style!

Brownie Size:
I've got something in my pocket
It belongs across my face
I keep it very close to me
In a most convenient place
I'm sure you couldn't guess it
If you guessed a long, long, while
So I'll take it out and put it on
It's a great big Brownie smile!

Junior Size:
I've got something in my pocket
That's what I used to say
We spent our time so aimlessly
At home, at school, at play.
Now every day is special
We're searching, who am I?
We can only find that out
If you let us have a try!

Cadette Size:
I've something in my pocket
That's what we used to say
Them Mother Nature waved her hand
And childhood flew away
Now we feel like women
But children we must stay
For no one needs us for a while
"Just wait, just wait," they say!

Senior Size:
I've something in my pocket
That's what we used to say
We'd sing and dance and laugh a lot
Seems just like yesterday
But now I have needs of my own
And dream of things I see
The magic age of eighteen
Is what I long to be!

  Growing Up Smile Song
  Daisy
"I've something in my pocket..."
That's what the big girls say.
I'll have a pocket of my own,
When I wear brown someday.
My life is bright and easy,
I smile most of the day.
I'm having lots of fun now,
I sing and laugh and play!

Brownie
I've something in my pocket
That belongs across my face.
I keep it very close at hand
In a most convenient place.
I bet you'll never guess it
If you guess a long, long while
I'll put it on and show you,
It's my great big Brownie Smile.

Junior
"I've something in my pocket..."
That's what I used to say.
I spent my time so aimlessly,
At home, at school, at play.
Now every day is special,
I'm searching, who am I?
Only I can find that out
Please let me have a try!

Cadette
"I've something in my pocket..."
That's what I used to say.
Playing childhood games with friends,
Seems just like yesterday.
I'm becoming a young woman,
Soon I'll be a child no more,
There's lots of opportunity,
And so much to explore.

Senior
"I've something in my pocket..."
That's what I used to say.
Then Mother Nature waved her hand
And childhood flew away.
Today my needs are different,
I wonder, 'What will be?'
I'm making life decisions now,
The choice is up to me.

Leader #1
I have something in my pocket,
That's what we always said,
But now we are the leaders,
Teaching them instead
We teach them when they're young,
We guide them when they're old
We watch them grow up strong and tall
And that is our reward

Leader #2
Iíve got something in my pocketÖ
Thatís what I used to say.
My pockets full of permission slips.
And forms due yesterday.
Iíve become a Girl Scout Leader,
Helping young girls to explore,
Helping them to grow strong
Cause soon theyíll be children no more.
